Does WristPet require an account?

No. V1 is local-first and does not require account registration, login, or a public profile.

How does phone/watch sync work?

The phone and Wear OS app exchange WristPet app data through Google Play services Wear OS Data Layer APIs so watch completions can sync back to the phone.

Is WristPet free?

V1 is planned as a completely free release with no ads, no subscriptions, and no in-app purchases. A one-time Pro unlock is documented as a future plan only.

Does WristPet collect or share my habit data?

No developer backend, analytics, ads, or account system is used in V1. Habit, pet, progress, and preference data are stored locally and synced only between your own phone and watch for app functionality.

Is WristPet a medical or mental-health app?

No. WristPet is a general habit tracker and virtual pet motivation app. It does not provide diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medical advice, or mental-health claims.
