Data Deletion Request
WristNote is a local-first Android and Wear OS voice notes app. It does not require an account and does not store notes on a developer-operated server. Notes are stored locally on your phone and/or watch and may sync between your own devices through the Wear OS Data Layer.
How to delete your WristNote data
- 1Open WristNote on your phone.
- 2Open any saved note.
- 3Tap Delete to remove that note.
- 4Repeat for any notes you want to remove.
- 5To remove all local WristNote data, uninstall WristNote from your phone and watch or clear app storage in Android/Wear OS system settings.
Request deletion help
To request help with deletion, email the developer using the subject line WristNote data deletion request.

- •Checklist items and checked/unchecked state
- •Task drafts and reminder drafts saved as text
- •Note metadata such as titles, timestamps, type labels, and sync state
- •Local app settings and cached phone/watch sync data
Data kept or handled elsewhere
- •Google Play purchase records are managed by Google Play and may remain in your Google account purchase history according to Google policies.
- •Support emails may be retained only as needed to respond to your request and for basic business, security, or legal recordkeeping.
- •WristNote does not operate user accounts, cloud note storage, advertising profiles, analytics databases, or a developer-hosted note server.
