View the Wear OS app on Google PlayThe phone companion does not send medication alarms or display watch dose history. When you choose to pair, medication configuration is transferred between your devices through Google Play services, which may use Google-managed infrastructure. A phone is not required for the watch to run its stored reminders. MedTick is a reminder utility, not a medical device.

Can I use MedTick without a phone?
Yes. MedTick schedules and delivers reminders directly on a compatible Wear OS watch. The Android phone companion is optional.

What does MedTick Pro unlock?
A one-time purchase unlocks unlimited active medications, longer 30-day and 90-day watch history views, per-medication marked-taken summaries, detailed CSV reports and paused medication duplication on the watch.
Does MedTick require a cloud account?
No MedTick account or developer-operated medication server is required. Watch history stays on the watch. If you pair the optional Android companion when available, medication configuration is exchanged between your devices through Google Play services, which may route through Google-managed infrastructure.
Will a medication reminder always arrive at its exact time?
No reminder time is guaranteed. Delivery depends on supported watch hardware, permissions, device settings, battery state and operating-system behavior. MedTick checks reminder readiness and restores schedules after supported restarts.
