Android & Wear OS App Terms of Service

1. Licence

Subject to these terms, applicable store terms, and the law, you receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use a Quazmoz app on compatible devices. You do not acquire ownership of the app, its source code, or its branding. Open-source components remain governed by their own licences.

2. Acceptable use

Use the apps lawfully. Do not use an app to infringe another person's rights, access systems without permission, distribute malware, bypass security or purchase controls, or interfere with other users or services. You may exercise any rights granted by mandatory law, including lawful interoperability rights.

3. Purchases, subscriptions, and refunds

Some apps may offer a paid download, in-app purchase, or subscription; the product listing and checkout show what is currently available, the price, and any recurring billing terms. Transactions made through Google Play are processed using Google Play's payment and cancellation processes. Refund requests may be made using Google Play's refund guidance or through the support contact where appropriate.

Google Play policies do not override refund, withdrawal, repair, replacement, price-reduction, or other remedies that you may have under applicable consumer law. These terms do not create a separate refund policy or claim that every app has a subscription.

4. Health, fitness, safety, and other readings

Where an app includes fitness tracking, reminders, environmental readings, alarms, health-related information, or safety-related features, those functions are general aids only. They are not medical devices or medical advice, emergency-response services, guarantees of protection, or substitutes for professional advice. Device sensors, permissions, connectivity, operating-system restrictions, and hardware limitations can affect accuracy and alerts. Use an appropriate professional or emergency service when needed.

5. Privacy and third parties

Each app has its own privacy notice covering its actual data handling, permissions, and third-party services. This document does not assert that every app collects or shares the same information. External services used by an app may have separate terms, and individual app notices take precedence for app-specific data practices.

6. Updates and availability

Compatible hardware, operating-system versions, Google Play services, third-party connections, and permissions may be required for some features. Apps and features may be updated, fixed, retired, or become temporarily unavailable. Where required, updates, remedies, and notice will be provided under applicable law. A change or discontinuation does not remove existing statutory rights.

7. Termination and warranties

You may stop using an app and uninstall it at any time; uninstalling does not automatically cancel a subscription, which must be managed through the applicable purchase channel. A licence may be suspended or terminated for a material breach where lawful, subject to required notice and consumer protections. Apps are supplied with the rights and guarantees required by law; no uninterrupted operation or error-free results are promised beyond those obligations.

8. Liability and statutory consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury from negligence, fraud, or anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded. These terms do not restrict UK Consumer Rights Act rights or mandatory EU/EEA consumer rights, including remedies for faulty or non-conforming digital content. Other limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

9. Law, disputes, and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland and disputes may be heard by the courts of Scotland. Consumers retain mandatory protections and any right to bring a case in their country of residence. Material changes will be published with a revised date and version and will not take away rights already accrued. If a provision is invalid, the rest remains effective to the extent allowed by law.
