# FlexLog Workout Tracker Privacy Policy Last updated: August 24, 2026 FlexLog Workout Tracker is a Wear OS workout logging utility published by Quazmoz / Quinn Favo. ## Data stored locally FlexLog may store the following data locally on your device: - Workout plans and exercise names. - Sets, reps, weights, and workout session history. - Rest-timer and active-workout state. - App preferences. - Local Tile and complication state. - Optional Pro entitlement state. - Limited phone/watch synchronization and acknowledgement state where the paired-phone feature is used. This data is used to operate workout logging, rest timing, history, templates, Tile and complication surfaces, optional paired-device synchronization, and Pro entitlement features. ## Paired phone synchronization FlexLog can optionally synchronize supported recent workout and template data with the user's paired phone companion through Google Play services Wear OS Data Layer. This paired-device feature transfers supported app data between the user's own paired devices. FlexLog does not operate a developer backend that receives workout logs or template content. Google Play services may process technical information needed to provide the paired-device transport according to Google's own policies. ## Permissions and platform features FlexLog may use: - Foreground-service capability for a user-started active workout or rest timer where required. - POST_NOTIFICATIONS for active workout or rest-timer notifications on supported versions. - VIBRATE for workout and rest-timer haptic feedback. - Google Play Billing for the optional one-time Pro purchase. - Wear OS Tile and watch-face complication services. - Google Play services Wear OS Data Layer for optional paired-device synchronization. The current app code does not use Health Connect or Google Fit to upload workout data and does not request location, camera, microphone, contacts, calendar, broad file/photo, body-sensor, or advertising-ID access for its workout logging functionality. ## Google Play Billing Optional Pro purchases are processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive your payment-card or bank details. FlexLog uses the purchase status needed to provide or restore the optional Pro entitlement. ## Data collection and sharing The developer does not operate a FlexLog account system or workout-data backend and does not sell workout information or share it with advertisers. The current app does not include advertising or analytics SDKs. Optional paired-phone synchronization can transfer supported workout and template data between the user's paired devices as described above. Google Play and Google Play services may process limited technical or transaction information when providing distribution, billing, security, and Wear OS platform services. ## Backup and deletion Android backup is disabled for FlexLog local app data in the current app configuration.
