Website & Consulting Terms of Service
Last updated: November 4, 2026 · Version 1.0 (Scotland/UK draft; trader fields pending confirmation)
1. Who these terms cover
These terms apply to consultant.quinnfavo.com, including its articles, public tools, contact forms, chatbot, app information, and other content. Quazmoz is the trading name used for consulting and software products. See the Trader / Legal Notice below for the operator's public identity and contact information, once confirmed.
Consulting work begins only when the parties agree to it in writing. A signed Consulting Services Agreement, Statement of Work (SOW), or addendum governs its stated scope and takes precedence over these website terms if there is a conflict.
2. Using the website
You may use this site for lawful information, support, and business enquiries. Do not attempt unauthorised access, disrupt or overload the site, introduce malicious code, bypass controls, or violate another person's rights. Public technical material and interactive estimates are informational, not a project-specific commitment or offer.
Sending an enquiry, using the chatbot, scheduling a call, or receiving a proposal does not itself form a consulting engagement. Do not send credentials, production secrets, regulated records, or confidential customer data through public forms or chat.
3. Consulting services and fees
Any agreed scope, milestones, deliverables, acceptance process, responsibilities, support, service levels, and change control will be set out in the applicable written agreement or SOW. Fees, invoicing, taxes, expenses, payment deadlines, and any cancellation charges will also be specified there; these website terms do not set prices.
If a proposed change affects cost or delivery, the parties should agree to the change in writing before the additional work is undertaken. No result, production access, or continuing support is promised unless expressly agreed.
4. Ownership and licensing
Quazmoz retains its pre-existing methods, templates, software, tools, know-how, and other background intellectual property. The client retains ownership of materials it supplies. Ownership of new deliverables, and any licence to use embedded background materials, must be specified in the signed SOW or agreement; payment alone does not override those written terms.
Third-party software, open-source components, and model-provider materials remain subject to their own licences and conditions. Original website design, text, graphics, and code belong to their respective owners and may not be reused except as permitted by law or licence.
5. Confidentiality and client data
Confidentiality commitments, permitted disclosures, retention, security measures, and return or deletion of client materials are governed by the signed agreement or separate NDA. Any personal-data controller/processor roles, instructions, subprocessors, transfers, and required data-processing terms must be agreed before client personal data is processed for an engagement.
Information sent via public website features is handled under the Website Privacy Policy, not a signed NDA. Clients must not submit sensitive information to tools or providers that have not been approved for the engagement.
6. AI-assisted services
AI-assisted content, recommendations, code, and outputs can be wrong, incomplete, insecure, biased, or outdated. The client is responsible for human review, testing, legal and regulatory checks, and approval before relying on outputs or deploying them. Specific validation and assurance duties may be allocated differently by a signed SOW.
Model and infrastructure providers may be third parties, depending on the agreed architecture. The parties must agree which client data, if any, may be transmitted to those providers and under what security, privacy, retention, and contractual controls. No accuracy, model performance, business outcome, or availability guarantee is made unless expressly stated in the engagement agreement.
7. Third-party services and apps
Scheduling, forms, hosting, analytics, AI models, payment services, app stores, and linked sites may have separate terms and availability limits. Quazmoz does not control third-party content or outages. Google Play Android and Wear OS apps have separate App Terms of Service and app-specific privacy notices.
8. Warranties and liability
Public website content and self-service tools are supplied as available. Although reasonable care is taken, uninterrupted access and error-free output are not promised. Any service warranties, remedies, exclusions, or agreed financial liability caps for consulting work belong in the signed agreement and are subject to applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that the law does not permit to be excluded. Nothing limits mandatory consumer rights, including rights to services carried out with reasonable care and skill. Any exclusion of other loss applies only so far as it is lawful and fair in the circumstances.
9. Termination
A signed engagement agreement governs suspension, termination, handover, outstanding fees, and the treatment of deliverables and confidential information. Website access may be restricted where reasonably necessary to prevent abuse or security threats, without affecting rights that cannot lawfully be removed.
10. Changes, severability, and entire agreement
Changes to these website terms will be posted here with a new date and version and generally apply prospectively. They do not unilaterally change a signed SOW. If a provision is unenforceable, the remainder continues so far as legally possible. These terms are the agreement for use of this public website; for paid consulting, the signed agreement and incorporated documents are the complete agreement for that engagement.
11. Governing law and disputes
These website terms are governed by the laws of Scotland, and disputes may be brought before the courts of Scotland. If you are a consumer living outside Scotland, nothing in this provision removes mandatory protections or rights to bring proceedings available under the laws of your usual country of residence. A signed client agreement may set its own lawful dispute-resolution arrangements.
