# Diagonal Stats Privacy Policy Last updated: September 24, 2026 ## Overview Diagonal Stats is a Wear OS watch face built with Google's Watch Face Format. The current Google Play package is resource-only and contains no app-owned runtime application code. Diagonal Stats does not require an account and does not operate a developer-controlled backend. ## Data collection The Diagonal Stats package does not include an app-owned network client, analytics SDK, advertising SDK, crash-reporting SDK, background service, polling loop, wake lock, or sensor listener. The developer does not intentionally collect or transmit personal information from use of the watch face. ## Watch-face configuration Wear OS can store the watch-face instance and the choices you make for supported options such as accent color, date visibility, seconds visibility, and complication slots. Those settings are handled locally by the Wear OS watch-face framework and platform services. Diagonal Stats does not run a separate application process or cloud sync service to collect that configuration. ## Complications Diagonal Stats exposes configurable complication slots. Complication values are supplied by Wear OS/system providers or other complication providers you select. Diagonal Stats renders the data supplied through the platform complication system; it does not operate a network service that collects or relays those complication values. The privacy practices of a complication provider you choose are governed by that provider and the platform. ## Network, permissions, analytics, and advertising The current Diagonal Stats package has no app-owned networking stack and requests no runtime permissions. It contains no analytics SDK, advertising SDK, developer backend, or account system. Google Play and Wear OS may process standard information required for app distribution, installation, updates, device compatibility, watch-face management, and other platform functions under Google's policies. ## Retention and deletion Diagonal Stats does not maintain a developer-hosted user database. Watch-face installation state and configuration are local/platform-managed. You can remove the watch face, clear relevant app/platform storage where available, or uninstall the package to remove its local app-owned presence, subject to Wear OS platform behavior. ## Children Diagonal Stats is a general-purpose watch face and is not directed to children through a hosted service. ## Changes to this policy This policy will be updated before a future release adds data collection, networking, analytics, advertising, account functionality, runtime permissions, or other behavior that materially changes this privacy posture. ## Contact For privacy questions, contact Quazmoz@vivaldi.net.
