The App is designed to function offline and independently on your Wear OS device. --- ## 2. Data Collection and Usage The developer does not collect personal data from the App. The App does not use developer-operated analytics, advertising SDKs, account systems, or custom backend services. We do not receive your presets, milestones, timer settings, session history, or usage behavior. The App stores the following data locally on your Wear OS device: - Timer presets - Milestone cue settings - App settings - Session history - Pending session summaries - Local Pro entitlement state This data is used only to operate App features and remains on your device. --- ## 3. Permissions The App may use the following permissions for core functionality: - VIBRATE: used for countdown, milestone, preview, and overtime haptic cues. - FOREGROUND_SERVICE and FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE: used for the user-started active timer service. - POST_NOTIFICATIONS: requested only when needed on supported Android/Wear OS versions so an active timer can keep running reliably with an ongoing notification and Stop action. The App does not use location, camera, contacts, calendar, microphone, storage, health sensors, or advertising permissions. --- ## 4. In-App Purchases The App offers an optional one-time Pro unlock through Google Play Billing. Purchase transactions are processed by Google Play. The developer does not receive your payment card information, billing address, or full transaction details. The App only uses purchase entitlement status to unlock premium features. Google may process purchase-related information according to Google's own privacy policy and Google Play terms. --- ## 5. Cloud Backup and Restore The App disables Android cloud backup and device-to-device restore for its local data. This helps keep local timer data, presets, and session history private to the device where they were created. --- ## 6. Data Sharing We do not sell, share, or transmit user data to third parties. Google Play may process purchase-related data for app distribution, purchase processing, licensing, updates, and platform security. --- ## 7. Data Retention and Deletion Local data remains on your device until you clear the App's data or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes locally stored presets, settings, session history, pending summaries, and local entitlement cache from the device. Google Play purchase records are managed by Google. --- ## 8. Children's Privacy The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. The developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children. --- ## 9. Changes to This Privacy Policy We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
