WristSense: Sensor Dashboard Privacy Policy
Last Updated: June 17, 2026
Quick Summary
A standalone Wear OS sensor dashboard that stores sensor readings, app preferences, tile state, complication state, microphone sound-meter state, and optional purchase entitlement state locally on the watch.
App-Specific Details
Specific data handling practices for WristSense: Sensor Dashboard.
- Stores locally: sensor readings, cached readings, app preferences, tile state, complication state, and optional premium entitlement state.
- May access available watch sensors such as barometer, ambient light, compass, accelerometer, and microphone depending on device hardware and the feature opened by the user.
- Microphone permission is used only for the sound meter; raw audio buffers are processed for local sound-level calculation and are not recorded, stored, or transmitted by the developer.
- The current app declares no internet permission and has no developer backend, ads, analytics SDK, account system, custom cloud sync, location, camera, contacts, files/photos, health/body-sensor data, or advertising ID.
- Includes Wear OS Tile and complication services that use cached local readings rather than continuous background sampling.
- Includes Google Play Billing support for optional or future premium functionality; the developer does not receive payment card information.

# WristSense Privacy Policy
Last updated: June 15, 2026
WristSense is a standalone Wear OS sensor dashboard published by Quazmoz / Quinn Favo.
## Summary
WristSense displays local readings from supported watch sensors. Available readings depend on your watch hardware. The developer does not operate a WristSense backend service and does not collect, receive, sell, or share your WristSense sensor data from normal app use.
## Data accessed and stored locally
WristSense may access available watch sensors while you use the related feature, including barometer, ambient light, compass, accelerometer, and microphone for the sound meter feature.
WristSense may store current or recent sensor readings, cached readings for the Tile or complication, app settings, local feature state, onboarding state, selected dashboard state, and local premium entitlement state.
## Microphone and sound meter
WristSense requests microphone access for its sound meter feature. Microphone input is used for local sound-level calculation while the sound meter is active.
Raw audio buffers are processed in memory and discarded. The developer does not record, store, transmit, sell, or share raw audio, voice recordings, conversations, or microphone content.
## Network, backend, and sharing
The current WristSense app declares no internet permission. WristSense does not include a developer backend, custom cloud sync, ads, advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, account registration, or advertising ID access in the current code inspected.
Google Play, Android, Wear OS, Google Play Billing, and Google Play services may process limited technical, distribution, purchase, tile, complication, or platform data according to their own policies.
## Tiles, complications, and optional purchases
WristSense includes a Wear OS Tile and watch face complication. These display cached local readings or local app status and do not continuously sample sensors in the background.
WristSense includes Google Play Billing support for optional or future premium functionality. Google Play handles purchase processing. WristSense does not receive or store your payment card details.
## Accuracy and safety disclaimer
WristSense is an informational device utility. Sensor readings may vary by watch model, sensor availability, calibration, environmental conditions, hardware limitations, and how the watch is worn.
WristSense is not a medical device, safety instrument, emergency alert service, certified sound meter, certified compass, professional light meter, professional barometer, or aviation/navigation instrument.
## Data deletion
You can delete local WristSense data by clearing app storage in Wear OS settings or uninstalling the app. Google Play purchase history is managed by Google Play. Because WristSense has no developer backend account system, there is no WristSense server-side account data to delete.
