The App is developed and published by Quazmoz ("we", "us", or "our"). --- ## 1. Summary Compound Tally Tracker is designed to be privacy-first. The developer does not collect, receive, sell, or share personal data from users of the App. The App stores tally counts, custom labels, custom group titles, and local premium entitlement state on your Wear OS device. Optional premium purchases are processed by Google Play Billing. --- ## 2. Data We Do Not Collect We do not collect, process, or have access to any of the following: - Personal identifiers such as name, email address, or phone number - Location data - Advertising IDs - Usage analytics or telemetry - Crash reports or diagnostics sent to the developer - Health or fitness data - Photos, media, contacts, calendar data, or files - Payment card or billing information --- ## 3. Data Stored Locally on Your Device The App stores the following data locally on your Wear OS device: - Counter values - Custom counter labels - Custom group names - Local premium unlock state This data is used only to operate the App. It is not transmitted to a developer server, custom backend, analytics provider, advertising network, or cloud service controlled by us. --- ## 4. Google Play Billing Compound Tally Tracker offers an optional one-time premium unlock. Purchase processing is handled by Google Play Billing. We do not receive your payment card information, billing address, or full Google Play account details. The App only uses Google Play Billing to determine whether premium features should be unlocked. Google may process purchase-related information according to Google's own privacy policy and Google Play terms. --- ## 5. Third-Party Services The App does not use advertising SDKs, analytics SDKs, developer-operated servers, or custom cloud sync. Google Play services may be used for app distribution, updates, purchase processing, licensing, and platform security. --- ## 6. Data Retention and Deletion Local app data remains on your device until you: - Reset counts, labels, or app data using in-app reset options where available - Clear the App's storage from Android settings - Uninstall the App Uninstalling the App removes locally stored app data from the device.
