# FidgetDrop Privacy Policy Last updated: September 28, 2026 Applies to FidgetDrop Haptic Fidget for Android phones and tablets. ## Summary FidgetDrop is a privacy-conscious Android haptic fidget app published by Quazmoz / Quinn Favo. Core fidgets and user-owned local data work without a FidgetDrop account or developer-operated cloud backend. FidgetDrop also offers a completely optional rewarded-ad path to temporary Pro access. That rewarded flow requires network-enabled third-party services, including Google Mobile Ads, Google User Messaging Platform (UMP), and RevenueCat. ## Information stored locally FidgetDrop may store the following on your device: - App settings and preferences - Haptic intensity, haptic texture, response-curve, sound, theme, spinner, Mix Mode, and related customization settings - Local Records, session statistics, and personal bests where those features are enabled - A cached verified Google Play Lifetime Pro entitlement so legitimate owners can retain access while Google Play or the network is temporarily unavailable - Bounded Google Play review-eligibility metadata, including first-launch time, foreground-session count, threshold-capped successful-use or completion progress, and the last review-flow attempt time This information is used to operate FidgetDrop features on your device. FidgetDrop does not send Local Records, stored preferences, raw motion samples, or raw stylus samples to a developer-operated backend. FidgetDrop sets Android backup off for the application. Local app data remains device-local unless Android or Google Play independently handles platform-level installation, purchase, backup, or device-management information under their own policies. ## Motion sensors Selected fidgets can use Android-reported gravity, accelerometer, and gyroscope readings while their interactive screen is visible. These readings are used to control effects such as sand movement, marble movement, liquid-metal motion, or gyro-style interaction. Motion readings are processed transiently on-device. FidgetDrop does not intentionally transmit raw motion readings to Google Mobile Ads, UMP, RevenueCat, analytics services, or a developer-operated backend. ## Stylus and S Pen input On compatible Android devices, FidgetDrop can detect supported stylus input and use standard Android stylus metadata such as pressure, tilt, orientation, eraser state, and stylus-button state for selected tactile interactions. Stylus capability and active stylus samples are processed transiently on-device. FidgetDrop does not intentionally transmit or store those raw samples as personal data. Supported fidgets retain normal touch interaction when a stylus is unavailable. ## Google Play Lifetime Pro FidgetDrop offers an optional one-time, non-consumable Google Play purchase called FidgetDrop Pro. The Google Play product identifier is **fidgetdrop_plus_lifetime**. Google Play Billing is used to: - Load the available product and localized price - Launch the purchase flow - Determine purchase state - Acknowledge completed purchases - Restore previously owned access - Reconcile ownership after refunds or revocations Google Play handles checkout, payment processing, and Google Account purchase history. FidgetDrop does not receive your full payment-card details or billing address. The app stores a local verified Lifetime ownership cache needed to preserve legitimate access during temporary Play or network failures. ## Optional rewarded Pro Free users may choose **Watch an ad for 2 hours of Pro** from the Pro surface. This is optional. FidgetDrop does not use banner, interstitial, rewarded-interstitial, app-open, forced, or automatic ads. Ads do not automatically interrupt normal fidget interaction. The rewarded flow uses: - **Google Mobile Ads** to load and show the rewarded ad - **Google User Messaging Platform (UMP)** for consent and privacy choices where required - **RevenueCat** for AdMob reward tracking, server-side reward verification, and the temporary Pro entitlement FidgetDrop does not grant temporary Pro from the client-side ad reward callback alone. The rewarded access must be verified through the RevenueCat-supported AdMob server-side verification flow. A verified callback can activate the temporary entitlement with its server-provided expiration. Temporary rewarded Pro is separate from the permanent Google Play Lifetime purchase. ## Google Mobile Ads data Google states that the Google Mobile Ads SDK automatically collects and shares certain data for advertising, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes. Depending on device, region, consent state, and SDK configuration, this can include: - IP address, which may be used to estimate a device's general or approximate location - User product and advertising interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views - Diagnostic and performance information - Device and account identifiers, including the Android Advertising ID when available and permitted, App Set ID, and other applicable identifiers FidgetDrop declares the Android AD_ID permission because its integrated advertising SDK may use the Advertising ID. Android and Google privacy controls may reset, delete, restrict, or zero the Advertising ID, and consent or limited-ad configurations may further restrict its use. FidgetDrop does not request Android runtime location permission for its fidget functionality. Any approximate location described above is derived by the advertising service from network information such as IP address rather than from FidgetDrop requesting precise device location. Google states that Mobile Ads data is encrypted in transit. ## Google UMP consent and privacy choices Google UMP is used to request or refresh consent information where applicable and to determine whether ads may be requested. Where required, FidgetDrop exposes an **Ad privacy choices** entry so users can access Google's applicable privacy-options interface. Consent availability and the choices shown can vary by region and Google configuration. ## RevenueCat data RevenueCat is used for temporary rewarded-Pro entitlement state and reward verification. RevenueCat also processes purchase and entitlement information needed for monetization functionality. RevenueCat's Google Play disclosure guidance identifies purchase history as data collected for app functionality and analytics. For FidgetDrop's rewarded integration, RevenueCat may also process ad lifecycle or revenue events and server-side reward-verification information needed to determine whether temporary Pro should be granted. RevenueCat customer data is handled under RevenueCat's service and retention practices. Where applicable, RevenueCat-held customer data can be deleted using RevenueCat-supported dashboard or API processes. Contact the developer if assistance is needed. ## Other analytics and backend services FidgetDrop does not add an unrelated first-party behavioral analytics service, Firebase Analytics, Crashlytics, a FidgetDrop account system, a developer-operated telemetry backend, or custom cloud sync for Local Records. The network-enabled services used by the current release are limited to functions described in this policy, including Google Play, Google Mobile Ads, UMP, RevenueCat, and Google Play review functionality. ## Google Play review UI FidgetDrop can request the Google Play In-App Review flow after bounded on-device eligibility conditions are met. Google Play decides whether review UI is displayed. FidgetDrop does not receive or store: - Review text - Star rating - Review sentiment - Whether Google Play displayed the dialog - Whether a review was submitted The locally stored eligibility counters are not intentionally transmitted to the developer for analytics or advertising. ## Permissions FidgetDrop's app manifest directly declares: - **android.permission.VIBRATE** for tactile feedback - **com.android.vending.BILLING** for Google Play purchase and restore flows - **android.permission.INTERNET** for RevenueCat, UMP, and the optional rewarded-ad flow - **com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID** because the integrated Google Mobile Ads SDK may use Android's Advertising ID Google and Android dependencies may merge additional normal permissions, services, providers, or components into the final release package. FidgetDrop does not request runtime access to precise location, microphone, camera, contacts, calendar, photos or files, health data, SMS, or phone calls for its fidget functionality. ## Accounts, cloud storage, and developer backend FidgetDrop has no FidgetDrop account or login and no developer-operated cloud database for Local Records, settings, motion data, or stylus data. Local Records remain on the device. RevenueCat and Google services are used for the purchase, advertising, consent, review, and entitlement functions described above. ## Your choices and deleting data - You can use all Free fidgets without watching an ad. - You can decline or be unable to complete rewarded advertising and continue using the Free app. - Where UMP requires it, you can use the **Ad privacy choices** entry in Settings. - You can reset Local Records from FidgetDrop Settings. Resetting Local Records does not remove a Google Play purchase. - You can remove FidgetDrop app-local data by clearing app storage in Android settings or uninstalling the app. - Google Play purchase history and ownership are managed separately by Google Play. - Android Advertising ID controls are managed through Android or Google settings. - RevenueCat-held customer data can be handled through RevenueCat's supported deletion processes where applicable. Contact the developer if assistance is needed. ## Children and sensitive claims FidgetDrop is a general-purpose tactile fidget application. It is not a medical device and does not provide therapy, diagnosis, treatment, mental-health, or other medical claims.
