Does JetLag require a phone companion app?
JetLag runs on both Android and Wear OS. The phone is canonical for the full saved-city configuration, while the watch keeps useful local weather state and can perform supported manual refreshes.
Where does JetLag get weather data?
JetLag uses a developer-operated Supabase weather gateway for current conditions with documented weather-provider and direct-device fallback paths. Weather is approximate, and internet access is required for fresh data.
What is free and what does permanent Pro unlock?
Free supports up to two active saved cities, current weather and local time, manual refresh, short forecast previews, phone/watch sync, Tile, and complication access. Permanent Pro is a one-time Google Play purchase that adds unlimited active cities, full 24-hour and seven-day forecasts, travel overlap planning, configurable active hours, and automatic background refresh.
Does JetLag show ads?
The current production release does not show ads. A phone-only optional rewarded path is being prepared for JetLag 1.10.0 and will not be advertised as live here until that production release is verified.
Does JetLag track my device location?
No. JetLag does not request Android device-location permission. You choose cities manually, and selected city names or coordinates are sent over the network only as needed to retrieve weather data.
