- Offer seven accent choices plus optional date and seconds, with seconds disabled by default
- Render only essential hour/minute time in ambient mode to reduce unnecessary pixel activity
- Remain resource-only with no DEX payload, runtime libraries, analytics SDK, networking stack, background service, polling loop, wake lock, or sensor listener owned by the package
- Target Wear OS 4+ with the repository baseline of minSdk 33, targetSdk 35, compileSdk 36, AGP 9.3.1, Gradle 9.7.0, and JDK 17
- Current rebuild still requires exact release-bundle, WFF validation, memory-footprint, upload-key, and small/large round device qualification before this site treats the rebuilt version as released
Frequently Asked Questions
Does Diagonal Stats run background code?
The current rebuild is a resource-only Watch Face Format app with android:hasCode=false. Its repository contains no app-owned service, polling loop, WorkManager job, sensor listener, analytics SDK, or networking stack.
Can I change the stats shown on the watch face?
Yes. The three complication slots are user-configurable and support the documented SHORT_TEXT, MONOCHROMATIC_IMAGE, and EMPTY complication types.
Why is this page marked in development?
The repository is a modern rebuild of an existing package, but the rebuilt release still has explicit WFF, bundle, signing/upload-key, and device-validation gates. The site does not infer current Play rollout from repository source alone.
